Attention needs more than expected

My Bobtail is wonderful but she needs more interaction than I anticipated. She becomes bored and vocal when left to her own devices for too long. She is not destructive but she is persistent in demanding company. If you work from home or have family around most of the time she is perfect. For someone who is out full time she needs a feline companion to prevent boredom.
