Not as interactive as I hoped

My European Shorthair is lovely but more independent than I wanted. She is affectionate on her schedule, which is not as frequent as I would prefer. She is pleasant company and never a problem but she does not seek contact often. She is a good companion for someone who appreciates a more self-sufficient cat. For someone who wants frequent interaction she might leave you wanting more.
