Surprisingly playful despite the calm reputation

People assume Exotic Shorthairs just sleep all day. Mine certainly does sleep a lot but he has daily bursts of genuine playfulness — chasing toys, batting at strings, doing little leaps that look improbable given his stocky build. He's not high-energy but he's not a couch potato either. Nice balance for a busy home.
