Unique conversation starter

My LaPerm is the most commented-on cat I have ever owned. Her curly coat is so distinctive that every visitor wants to touch it and photograph it. She is patient with the attention and genuinely seems to enjoy being admired. She is sociable and friendly with visitors and has been a wonderful social icebreaker. Beyond her unusual appearance she is a warm, affectionate companion.
