Great family cat, independent thinker

We got Ingrid when our kids were 6 and 8. She's been brilliant — patient, never scratchy, and she'll play fetch with a crinkle ball for ages. She does things on her own timeline though. If she wants to be left alone, she'll let you know. Once she trusts you she's incredibly affectionate in her own quiet way.
