Rugged and sweet in equal measure

There's something wonderfully no-nonsense about this breed. My boy Thor eats the same food every day without complaint, sleeps wherever he wants (usually somewhere inconvenient), and greets us at the door every evening. He's not overly demanding but he notices when you're gone too long. Shedding in spring is epic — buy a good vacuum.
