Great Russian Blue experience — just go in with realistic expectations

My Russian Blue Buddy is 6 years old now and has been a wonderful companion. The breed lives up to its reputation: low shedding. I particularly love that intelligent and gentle.

My one knock is that can be anxious. I underestimated this when I first got she. Also, reserved nature is something you need to plan for. It's not a dealbreaker but requires commitment.

On the health front, relatively healthy breed. Budget for that and you'll be fine. Four solid stars — would recommend to the right owner who knows what they're getting into.
