Allergy-friendly — genuinely

I spent years thinking I couldn't own a cat because of allergies. A friend suggested Siberians and I spent time with their cat before committing. No reaction. I have now owned a Siberian for three years with essentially no allergic symptoms. They produce less Fel d 1 protein than most breeds. Not guaranteed allergy-free, but often tolerated.
