Great with other cats if introduced properly

My Turkish Van initially asserted herself strongly with our existing cat but after a careful two-week introduction, they reached an equilibrium. Now they play together and occasionally sleep near each other. The Van's confidence is useful in multi-cat households — she's not aggressive, just clear about her expectations.
