Loves everyone, respects no fences

My Malamute loves every human and dog she has ever met but she views fencing as a suggestion rather than a boundary. We have reinforced our fence three times. She is not trying to escape out of anxiety, she just genuinely wants to go on an adventure. We have reliable recall in open fields but near exciting smells all training goes out the window. Extraordinary breed, needs extraordinary containment.
