Magnificent breed, massive responsibility

I want to be honest with anyone considering a Corso. This is not a dog for the faint-hearted. My girl is wonderful in the right hands but the wrong hands would be dangerous with a dog this powerful. I did two years of obedience work, socialization classes, and worked with a specialist trainer before I felt confident managing her in all situations. The investment was worth it but it was significant. She is now my most reliable, obedient dog.
