Brilliant gundog, enthusiastic pet

I use my Springer for pheasant shooting in the season and she is extraordinary at it. Her nose, her style in cover, and her marking ability are all exceptional. Off-season she is a family pet who runs with my kids and sleeps at my feet. The transition between working dog and family companion is seamless. Her coat needs brushing every other day and a trim every couple of months but she is otherwise low maintenance.
