Most loyal dog I have ever owned

My Springer follows me everywhere in the house. He watches me while I work, waits outside the bathroom, and is at the door the moment I leave a room. He is not anxious about it, just genuinely devoted. He is soft with my elderly mother and gentle with the toddler next door who visits. His enthusiasm is sometimes overwhelming for smaller children but he tones it down quickly when corrected.
