Not practical for everyone

I love my Wolfhound but the practicalities of this breed are genuinely significant. He eats as much as a small pony. His vet visits cost substantially more. He needs a large vehicle. He cannot fit in most dog beds and has commandeered my sofa permanently. He is wonderful but I want potential owners to genuinely assess their living situation, vehicle size, and budget before committing to this breed.
