Dog aggression required management

My Staffie is wonderful with people but we have had three incidents with other dogs in four years despite careful socialisation from puppyhood. Each was provoked by the other dog but my Staffie's response was disproportionate. We work with a specialist trainer and have improved significantly. He is now reliable in managed situations. But if you have multiple dogs or frequent dog parks this is a real consideration.
