Great second dog for experienced owners

I got my Weimaraner as my second dog after a decade with Labradors. I thought my experience would prepare me. I was mostly right but the energy level is genuinely different. She is manageable but requires more daily investment than my Labs. She is more sensitive, more athletic, and more attached. With my experience she has been a wonderful challenge and a deeply rewarding companion. Not for first-time owners though.
