An albino ferret requires exactly the same commitment as any other ferret — large enclosure, ferret companion, 4+ hours free-roam daily, specialist vet, and preparation for health costs later in life. The albinism is just colouring. Make sure you're committed to ferret keeping in general before choosing an albino specifically — don't choose based solely on looks. That said, she is phenomenally beautiful and I'm completely smitten.
