Watch your filtration

Guppies are hardy but not invincible. I lost half my colony when my filter failed during a heatwave. The bioload from a large group adds up fast. I now run two sponge filters in my guppy tank as a backup. Once I sorted the filtration they have been healthy for over a year. Not difficult fish, but they do need clean water.
