Requires an experienced, quiet rider

My Arabian cross-trains in dressage and trail riding. He's brilliant at both, but requires a confident, quiet rider. He amplifies any tension or uncertainty in the saddle instantly. With correct, calm riding he's light, responsive, and a genuine joy. With an anxious or heavy-handed rider he becomes difficult quickly. The breed rewards skilled horsemanship with an exceptional partnership, but punishes poor riding equally efficiently.
