Long-lived and passionate about life

My Arabian is 24 years old and still the most exuberant horse in the yard. He flat-out gallops in from the field every morning, bucks for joy after a good schooling session, and approaches everything with the enthusiasm of a four-year-old. The breed's longevity is remarkable — Arabians ridden well into their late twenties are not unusual. He's been my main competition horse for 16 years and I intend to hack him into his thirties.
