The most magnificent horse I've ever seen

Nothing prepares you for seeing a Friesian in person for the first time. My stallion Nero moves as if he's been choreographed — elevated trot, arched neck, mane and tail flowing — and people genuinely stop and stare wherever we go. Beyond the spectacle, he has the most gentle, affectionate nature. He nudges my pockets for treats and grooms my jacket when I'm tacking him up. A breathtaking animal.
