Tiny body, enormous character

Shetland ponies have more personality per inch than any animal I've ever encountered. My pony Hamish has distinct opinions about his breakfast timing, his preferred company, and whether today is a day he feels like cooperating. He's outwitted every field gate we've had and taught himself to open the feed store door. Managing him requires consistency and humour in equal measure. He's brought more laughter to our yard than any full-sized horse.
