The most talkative bird I have ever owned

My Yellow-Naped Amazon has a vocabulary of over two hundred words and sings three complete songs including Happy Birthday in tune. He was talking within eight weeks of coming home. He is loud, opinionated, and occasionally nippy during spring hormonal periods, but his talking ability is genuinely astonishing. He holds conversations, asks for food by name, and says goodbye when I leave for work. Extraordinary species.
