Family holiday in Denmark — kids loved it, parents survived

Took the family to Denmark for 8 days and it worked better than I'd hoped. The kids were fascinated by Ribe Old Town — more than I expected from children who usually resist sightseeing. Food was manageable: even the pickiest eater in our group found things to eat, and Danish pastries went down well with everyone.

beautiful harbour scenes kept everyone engaged and gave the trip a memorable high point. can feel quiet outside Copenhagen was the main practical difficulty but nothing that ruined anything. Would absolutely return with them.
