Weekend in Mtskheta, Georgia — more than I expected from a short trip

Only had a long weekend — about 13 days — in Georgia, based in Mtskheta. More than enough to fall for the place. Did Gergeti Trinity Church on day one and spent the rest of the time just walking and eating. The mtsvadi situation here is no joke — some of the best eating I've done anywhere.

incredibly warm hospitality gave the trip a texture I didn't anticipate from such a short visit. I came back with a long list of reasons to return properly for two weeks.
