Honeymoon in Georgia — Batumi and the countryside delivered everything

We chose Georgia for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The romantic atmosphere in Batumi at night, the drama of Svaneti towers, the intimacy of small restaurants serving chacha brandy — all of it added up to exactly what we were hoping for.

incredibly warm hospitality became an unexpected gift — something we stumbled across that felt made for the occasion. We had 12 days and used every one of them well. Some destinations disappoint when the pressure of a special occasion is on them. Georgia didn't.
