Weekend in Budapest, Hungary — more than I expected from a short trip

Only had a long weekend — about 17 days — in Hungary, based in Budapest. More than enough to fall for the place. Did Eger Castle on day one and spent the rest of the time just walking and eating. The langos situation here is no joke — some of the best eating I've done anywhere.

remarkably affordable gave the trip a texture I didn't anticipate from such a short visit. I came back with a long list of reasons to return properly for two weeks.
