Weekend in Varanasi, India — more than I expected from a short trip

Only had a long weekend — about 14 days — in India, based in Varanasi. More than enough to fall for the place. Did Varanasi ghats on day one and spent the rest of the time just walking and eating. The butter chicken situation here is no joke — some of the best eating I've done anywhere.

incredible food diversity gave the trip a texture I didn't anticipate from such a short visit. I came back with a long list of reasons to return properly for two weeks.
