I travel for food more than anything else, and Poland shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. pierogi alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in Poznań is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 6 days.

Malbork Castle gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. warm and hospitable locals completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
