Honeymoon in Sweden — Malmö and the countryside delivered everything

We chose Sweden for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The romantic atmosphere in Malmö at night, the drama of Göta Canal, the intimacy of small restaurants serving cinnamon rolls — all of it added up to exactly what we were hoping for.

very progressive society became an unexpected gift — something we stumbled across that felt made for the occasion. We had 8 days and used every one of them well. Some destinations disappoint when the pressure of a special occasion is on them. Sweden didn't.
