The food in Sweden changed how I think about travel

I travel for food more than anything else, and Sweden shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. Jansson's temptation alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in Kiruna is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 8 days.

ABBA Museum gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. beautiful design culture completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
