Family holiday in Thailand — kids loved it, parents survived

Took the family to Thailand for 11 days and it worked better than I'd hoped. The kids were fascinated by Wat Arun — more than I expected from children who usually resist sightseeing. Food was manageable: even the pickiest eater in our group found things to eat, and massaman curry went down well with everyone.

affordable luxury kept everyone engaged and gave the trip a memorable high point. tourist scams in Bangkok was the main practical difficulty but nothing that ruined anything. Would absolutely return with them.
