Honeymoon in United Kingdom — Edinburgh and the countryside delivered everything

We chose United Kingdom for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The romantic atmosphere in Edinburgh at night, the drama of Edinburgh Castle, the intimacy of small restaurants serving fish and chips — all of it added up to exactly what we were hoping for.

stunning countryside became an unexpected gift — something we stumbled across that felt made for the occasion. We had 12 days and used every one of them well. Some destinations disappoint when the pressure of a special occasion is on them. United Kingdom didn't.
