Weekend in Edinburgh, United Kingdom — more than I expected from a short trip

Only had a long weekend — about 12 days — in United Kingdom, based in Edinburgh. More than enough to fall for the place. Did Buckingham Palace on day one and spent the rest of the time just walking and eating. The chicken tikka masala situation here is no joke — some of the best eating I've done anywhere.

stunning countryside gave the trip a texture I didn't anticipate from such a short visit. I came back with a long list of reasons to return properly for two weeks.
