The food in United States changed how I think about travel
I travel for food more than anything else, and United States shot straight to the top of my culinary travel list. lobster roll alone justified the flight, but that was just the beginning. The variety and quality in San Francisco is relentless — I didn't have a single disappointing meal in 14 days.
Grand Canyon gave context to everything I was tasting. The history and culture feeds into the food in ways you can feel. road trip culture completed the picture. Already planning a return trip focused entirely on eating my way through a different region.
