Honest Absinthe review from someone who drinks it weekly

I drink Absinthe roughly once a week and have done for 3 years. Not a connoisseur, just someone who enjoys it consistently. Served as a long drink with ice after work it provides a reliable wind-down that nothing else quite replicates. The complexity on the palate is comforting in its familiarity.

I'm not here to persuade anyone. I just think more people would enjoy it if they approached it without preconceptions.
