Great for occasions, honest about the cost

Quality Beer sits at the premium end of my drinks budget and that's fine — it's an occasion drink for me. Served with a splash of water at the right moment it's hard to beat. The balance between sweetness and bite on a well-chosen bottle is extraordinary.

That said, the price variation in this category is wild. You absolutely get what you pay for at the top end, but the sweet spot for everyday drinking is easier to find than the marketing suggests. Do your research before spending serious money.
