Sake in summer versus winter — two completely different drinks
Something I've noticed with Sake: the season changes the experience significantly. In summer on the rocks it's lighter and more refreshing, the character sitting differently in warm weather. In winter the same drink served the same way feels richer and more substantial.
I now think about Sake seasonally in a way I didn't used to. It's the same bottle but context transforms it. Worth being aware of if you've only tried it in one season.
