Made Espresso from scratch — completely worth the effort

Tried making Espresso from scratch rather than buying it ready-made. The quality of the source is more involved than the packaged version suggests but the result is genuinely better. Prepared traditionally with properly sourced ingredients, the sustained focus is more pronounced and the whole experience is more satisfying.

Not something I do every day — the effort doesn't always justify itself — but for special occasions or when you want to understand what you're drinking, highly worthwhile.
