Morning game-changer — Iced Tea properly made

I used to start the day badly. Switching to properly made Iced Tea prepared hot changed things in ways I didn't fully predict. The hydration is the obvious part. What I didn't expect was the ritual aspect — having something that requires a bit of attention and care sets the right tone for the morning.

The quality of the source is where most people go wrong. Once you get that right everything else follows. Genuinely one of the better small habits I've built.
