Didn't expect to love Kombucha this much

I picked up Kombucha reluctantly — my doctor suggested it and I was sceptical. Prepared cold-brewed the first time I thought it was fine but nothing special. By the second week I was actively looking forward to it.

The calm alertness is real. The temperature of preparation surprised me — there's more going on in a well-prepared Kombucha than it appears. I now genuinely enjoy it rather than just tolerating it, which is better than I expected when I started.
