I've made Smoothie part of my morning routine and it's transformed how I start the day. The key is the ratio of ingredients — that's the part most people rush and where the whole thing lives or dies. Prepared in the morning it takes maybe five minutes and the result is worth every second.

The energy without the crash is real and consistent. I've tried cutting it out for a week and immediately noticed the absence. Not in a dependency way — more like a quality-of-morning way. Genuinely recommend building the ritual around it.
