Best Shor Nakhod I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Shor Nakhod at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The fragrant and warming quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. dried sour grapes kishmish is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a teahouse on the Silk Road route cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. fresh pomegranate juice was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. kabuli pallow rice is the national dish, traditionally cooked for the most important occasions. Would return for this dish alone.
