Honest verdict on Cheeseburger — good but not exceptional

Cheeseburger here was solidly made — sweet and tangy without anything to complain about. smoked brisket was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. The a New England seafood shack atmosphere was pleasant enough. craft IPA was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Cheeseburger this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
