First time trying Clam Chowder — completely converted

I had never tried Clam Chowder before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The bold and smoky taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. smoked brisket is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

The a classic diner setting added something to the experience — this kind of food makes sense in that environment. regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. My server recommended root beer alongside and it was exactly right. I've been telling everyone to try Clam Chowder. Outstanding first encounter.
