Having eaten Mac and Cheese at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The generously seasoned quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. sourdough bread is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Southern BBQ joint cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. bourbon on ice was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. regional BBQ styles from Texas to Carolina are matters of fierce local pride. Would return for this dish alone.
