Street food Dulce de Leche — the authentic version

The best Dulce de Leche I've ever had came from a street stall, not a restaurant. The herbal and garlicky intensity was completely different — more direct and uncompromised. chimichurri herbs was used without hesitation, the way it should be.

Argentina consumes more beef per capita than almost any other country. The a Sunday asado in a friend's garden setting meant eating standing up or on a low stool, which is how this food is supposed to be encountered. yerba mate was sold right next to it. Don't wait to find the 'right' restaurant. Find the street version first.
