Cooking class experience — learning ANZAC Biscuit properly
I took a cooking class specifically to learn how to make ANZAC Biscuit correctly. The instructor explained why Anzac oats is used the way it is — something I'd never understood from just eating it. The clean and straightforward result when you make it yourself is different.
bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. We learned how a Melbourne brunch café shapes the way this dish is eaten. The class ended with the meal and a glass of Coopers Pale Ale. I've made it three times since and each time it improves. Highly recommend the cooking class approach.
