Restaurant review — ANZAC Biscuit that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do ANZAC Biscuit well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The clean and straightforward base was authentic and the use of macadamia nut showed real knowledge.
bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. The atmosphere was genuinely a beachside café, which the food matched. Sauvignon Blanc came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
