I spent three months trying every version of Barramundi I could find locally. The variation in quality is extraordinary. The best version handled macadamia nut with genuine knowledge and the intensely savoury from Vegemite result was noticeably superior.

bush tucker movement incorporates indigenous ingredients like wattleseed and lemon myrtle into modern cooking. The winning restaurant had the right a Melbourne brunch café feel — unpretentious and focused on the food. Coopers Pale Ale was suggested correctly. Worth the search. When Barramundi is made properly it's a completely different experience.
